Privacy policy

This policy explains what Seggy collects through seggy.ai, why, and who helps us process it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (start your study, see how Seggy works, or the pre-purchase list), we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), your listing link (Airbnb, VRBO or other URL), and which form you used (the “source”). We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government IDs or bank credentials, and you should not send them to us.

Photos you upload for a preview

If you use “see how Seggy works”, the photos you add are sent to Anthropic, our AI service provider, to produce your preview. Seggy does not store those photos: they are not saved to our database and are used only to generate the preview you see. Anthropic processes them under its own commercial terms and privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your preview or study, and follow up about your request. When you submit certain forms, our team receives an email alert with the details you entered.

Who processes it

• Supabase hosts our database, where form submissions are stored.
• Vercel hosts this website and processes requests to it.
• Resend delivers our email notifications.
• Anthropic processes preview photos as described above.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and it does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

Retention and your choices

Retention periods are to be finalized. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@seggy.ai.

Governing law

Seggy is based in Utah, and this policy is governed by Utah law.
