$300 pre-purchase review credit
If you buy a $300 pre-purchase review, the full $300 is credited toward a Seggy cost segregation study of the same property, so that study costs you $1,195 instead of $1,495.
- The credit expires 12 months after your verified closing on the property, or 90 days after purchase if you do not close.
- One credit per property. The credit is non-transferable.
- The credit is applied automatically.
Refunds of the $300 pre-purchase fee itself are to be finalized.
